After reading several friends' blogs, we (OK, I - Janice) gave into temptation and created a blog for our family. I thought that this would be a great way for those who are interested to keep up with all of our activities (not that there are very many). I thought that I would start with a picture of our house. Now everyone will feel like they have been here! It is a duplex and we are on the right side as you are looking at it.

Nothing spectacular - but we like it. We are at the end of a cul-de-sac that backs up to a farmer's field. Right across the field is the park that we go to. I took this picture last week. As you can see, our grass is still green! So it is possible to live somewhere in Texas and have green grass in the summer!
